On the Tenth episode of the Cinema Degeneration Networks introductory show "Grindhouse Pizzeria" which is dedicated to all things that encompass the Grindhouse and Exploitation genres, we will be reviewing and dissecting the Grandaddy Gorefest of them all, the 1963 Herchell Gordon Lewis directed "BLOOD FEAST." This is a milestone film in the horror community which is widely considered the first real GORE film. This taboo tale about a caterer mutilating women for a ceremony to bring back to life his Egyptian goddess of Ishtar, is as shocking today as it was back in 1963.
